Course Registration for Fall Semester

Incoming 9th Graders

Your Counselor for next year is still currently the 12th grade Counselor. Please refrain from sending her an email regarding course requests. She will be able to answer questions regarding course registration when she is available.

Course Request Form - A letter will be mailed home to all families the end of April listing all student course requests. 

We are excited to welcome you to Vintage High School in the Fall semester! We know that you will have an excellent experience as a Vintage Crusher! There will be a number of events and activities happening this semester to help get you registered and prepared for being a freshman. 

  • TBA - Counselors and administrators from Vintage will visit NVUSD middle schools and meet with all 8th graders to distribute course cards and begin the course selection process. Students will take these home to discuss with parents/guardians.
  • TBA is our annual Curriculum Faire - Please join us at Vintage High School to learn more about our special programs and elective offerings. This is your time to learn about our course choices to help you make the most informed decision when signing up for classes.
  • TBA - Counselors and administrators from Vintage will return to NVUSD middle schools to collect course request cards.

Non-NVUSD middle school registration

Students who currently attend a middle school that is not within NVUSD will need to register for a special group appointment with one of our counselors to get registered and select courses for next year. We will schedule a time for your school to come to VHS to register for your classes with your counselor. Students currently enrolled in NVUSD middle schools do not need to take any special action and will select courses at their middle school.

AVID program Applications

Students interested in taking an AVID class next year who are not currently enrolled in the AVID program need to fill out an application.

It might be hard to believe, but it’s already time to begin course registration for next year! We are hosting a number of events and activities to help with this process and to help guide students in making choices for next year that will both challenge and enrich them. 

  • February TBA- Counselors will discuss registration with English classes to distribute course request cards and begin the course selection process. Students will take these home to discuss with parents/guardians.
  • February TBA - Counselors will meet with current 9th through 11th graders to collect their course request cards.
